Things To Do

Honduras has so much to offer!!

Randy and Alba want to show you around a tiny piece of this gorgeous five-star country. Starting when you arrive!!

Weather permitting these are the activities they have planned:

THURSDAY

Welcome Lunch after airport pick up in Comayagua and explore a Spanish colonial town, home of the oldest working clock of the Americas.

The Comayagua Cathedral Clock, also known as the Arabic clock, is a gear clock dated from the medieval times.

FRIDAY

You are able to pick from 2 excursions, explore on your own or stay in the hotel and enjoy the roof top pool and nearby restaurants.

Hiking La Tigra

La Tigra National Park is known for its excellent hiking trails and is a great place for nature lovers, offering a variety of trails for different skill levels. The high altitude of the park allows you to explore lush cloud forests, hike well-marked trails, see waterfalls, and potentially spot diverse wildlife, making it a great nature escape.

VALLE DE ANGELES & CANTARRANAS

Explore these two pueblos full of charm and much instragrammable moments. Spanish colonial towns in the Americas, often called "pueblos," were planned settlements with a grid-like layout, featuring civic squares, churches, and fortified areas, serving as centers for Spanish administration and religious influence.

SATURDAY

EL CENTRO

MORNING-

Check out Tegucigalpa's historic downtown with a visit to the Museum of National Identity.

The proud history of the Honduran people is on display at Tegucigalpa's finest museum. Housed in a 19th-century building that was once the Palace of Ministries, the Museum is worth a stop for its architecture alone. Exhibits spanning archeology, art, and culture make it a top city site.

... AND THEN TIME TO GET READY TO CELEBRATE LOVE!!

If you are in need of a barber or hairdresser appointment, please contact one of the ambassadors so they can suggest the best place for your needs and help you book an appointment.

SUNDAY

Transportation will be provided Sunday morning from the Hyatt Hotel back to Palmerola International Airport (XPL) for those not able to continue their vacation.

SUNDAY-WEDNESDAY

After the wedding, Randy and Alba will be heading to Roatan, Bay Islands and if you are able to do so, join them!! They would love the extra time with family and friends!!

ROATAN ISLAND BREWING CO

It's a good sign when somebody invites you for a “birria”, since this is Honduras slang for a beer.
